When we receive an enquiry we will pass on their details to you for you to contact them direct. Having a board will attract local and non internet house hunters.

Even if you have already instructed an estate agent, you can still advertise privately. Axces Property Direct is not an estate agent, we are an advertising website marketing your property for sale, rent or exchange.

3. Choose the Package you would like and complete the payment process (Advertising on Axces Property Direct is a one off fee. There were will be no commission charges payable when your property is sold or rented).

Premium Package: We will make an appointment with you to arrange to take photographs and measurements of your property. We will create a online brochure full of information about your property, we will upload all the information to Axces Property Direct website on your behalf.  Sit back and let us do the work for you!
Standard Package: Property details can be entered by you online.  There is a prompted form to follow and an area to add description about your property and add up to 9 photographs. 

4. Once payment has cleared, you will then be issued with a username and password together with instructions on how to complete your listing.

What happens when someone agrees to buy my home?
Once you have agreed to sell your home, the procedure is the same regardless of whether your buyer was introduced by an estate agent or via a property broker.
